- Use the Site in any way that impairs or damages our servers or those of our data providers
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary code from the Site
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Frame, mirror, or republish the Site without our written permission
Accuracy of information
Time, weather, and location data are informational only. Do not rely on this Site for safety-critical, navigation, aviation, marine, or emergency decisions. Weather data is sourced from Open-Meteo and subject to their accuracy limitations.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, and original content are the property of StormGlass Interactive Inc. Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo under their open data terms. Map tiles are provided by OpenFreeMap using OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL).
Third-party services
The Site connects to Open-Meteo (weather), OpenFreeMap (map tiles), and optionally Google AdSense (advertising). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StormGlass Interactive Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $10.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in New York County, NY.
