Add two or more cities from the search box above. The tool generates a 24-hour grid showing each city's local time for every hour of the day. Green columns indicate hours where all cities fall within working hours (9 AM–6 PM by default). You can adjust the working hours window using the controls above the grid.
Can I share the meeting planner with my team?
Yes. The URL updates automatically as you add cities. Copy the link from the share box and paste it into Slack, email, or a calendar invite. Anyone who opens the link sees the same city comparison.
How many cities can I compare at once?
You can add up to 6 cities. For most remote team scheduling, 2–4 cities is enough to identify a clear overlap window. More cities often means a smaller (or zero) overlap window.
Does it account for daylight saving time?
Yes. Times are calculated using each city's IANA timezone identifier and your browser's built-in timezone database, which automatically reflects current DST status. The grid always shows today's actual offsets.
